You just didn't want to be alone. You just wanted someone to know that you were alive. You got what you wanted. In fact you got a lot more than you ever imagined didn't you?

You knew there were compassionate people in the world, you just didn't know how to get in touch with them. You reached out, and not knowing if any one would respond, you started an avalanche of love

Not that you get credit for it. You didn't create the love. It was already in the hearts of the thoughtful.

And now the avalanche has you somewhat buried. You don't want to stop it, just figure out how to get back control of your life.

You are obsessed with not letting any kindness go unrecognized. Well, that's not the worst thing you could be obsessed with. And the avalanche that covers you is one of love.

Even if you don't understand how anyone could love you that much.

Could it be that you don't feel that you really deserve that much love? Don't worry. You will find the way to accept it.

And whatever you do, make sure you take care of yourself. If you forget to thank someone for a kind word, it won't be the end of the world.
